Refund Policy

We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and you can decide to work with us. If you have any questions or inquiries, please contact us prior to making the payment for our services. Thank you!

Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which we will provide a refund. The procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of DevsIT in circumstances of refunding have been crystal clearly described here. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accepted and agreed with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your project placed at DevsIT, you could do so within 24-48 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.

Refund

Due to the nature of its services, DevsIT does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In the case of the monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance.

Full refund:

In cases where the project has not been started or custom framework is not developed for your website. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 180 days to refund the amount.

Partial refund:

If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No refunds:
  • If the project has been started or uploaded on the server. But you will get unlimited revision until happy according to your initial requirements.
  • If you change/add new requirements, then we don’t any refund. You need to pay extra to fulfill your new requirements.
  • If the client changes the access of the website without asking/notifying us.
  • If a client tries to make foolish us/create issues about payment, then we can reserve the right to delete your project/tasks.
  • If you do not communicate with DevsIT for a period of 90 consecutive days during any part of the design or development process, DevsIT will honor its commitment to finish the project, but there will be no refund of any fees.
  • For Covid-19, service can delay 7-60days base on requirements & challenges. But the refund is not allowed. Because we are working from home remotely and unable to use the office for developers’ safety.

Processing of Refunds

The partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project ie; refund by check or refund by credit card.

Changes

DevsIT may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of DevsIT website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
